• Free delivery on orders above AED 225
• Standard shipping fee: AED 30 (orders below AED 225)
• Same-day dispatch when ordered before 4 PM (UAE time)
• Delivery time: 1-3 business days (Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah usually next-day)
• Default carrier: QUIQUP

GCC — Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain

• Shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Delivery time: 5-10 business days
• Default carrier: Aramex
• Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility

International (other countries)

• Shipping fee calculated at checkout
• Delivery time: 7-15 business days
• Default carrier: Aramex
• Customs duties / import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
